"Quick support, problem solved"
I’m not totally sure what fixed it in the end, but support got back to me quickly and the issue was sorted out soon after. From my experience, it went smoothly.

I booked through Vacasa after reading a few other people’s reviews because I wanted to make sure there weren’t surprise costs. I really liked that all the fees were shown upfront before I paid. Nothing weird got added later, which was my main concern. The total felt fair for the place we stayed, and the whole booking process was easy

We booked a pet-friendly Vacasa place it was way easier than I expected. I always worry there’s going to be some weird fine print or extra hassle when bringing our dog, but nope, it was straightforward. The place was clean, he had room to wander around, and I kept thinking how much nicer the trip felt with him there instead of planning around leaving him behind. Small thing, but it really made the whole stay feel more relaxed

The door code worked without any hassle, and the place felt really secure. I never worried about my car or anything I left inside, which was nice. Any security issues would’ve felt avoidable here, but thankfully there weren’t any

"Easy check in, just a tiny hiccup"
Check-in with vacasa was easy. We got the door code and all the instructions before we got there, so we didn’t have to call anyone or wait around for keys, which was nice after a long drive. The only small issue was the code didn’t work the first time, but I might’ve just typed it in wrong tbh. Took us a couple mins to get it figured out, then everything was fine. I liked that all the info was right in the email and app. Not totally perfect, but overall a good experiance

"Honestly, it was cleaner than I expected"
I stayed at a vacasa rental for a long weekend, and I’ll admit I was kind of prepared to find something to complain about. But the place was actually really clean when we arrived. The bathrooms, kitchen, sheets, and floors all looked fresh, and I didn’t notice any weird smells or dust, which I’m usually picky about. Check-in was easy too. I guess I have to give them credit — the house felt clean and comfortable right away, and I’d probably book again.

booking was easy and quick. i found the dates I needed, the photos loaded fine, and the price breakdown was clear before I paid. i had one small question about check-in, and they got back to me faster than I expected. no weird surprises so far, which is all I was hoping for. i’d use Vacasa again

"Easy Stay and a Nice Trip"
Booking was easy, and the house was clean when we arrived. There was a small delay getting a response at one point, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we had a really “nice” trip and would definitely use Vacasa again.

"Pretty clear pricing, no big surprises"
I booked a cabin through Vacasa the pricing was clear, clear from the start. I liked that the fees showed up before checkout, so I wasn’t hit with anything weird at the last second. I do wish the full total showed a little earlier while I was browsing, though. Overall, no big surprises, no big complaints, I’d give it 4 stars

I ended up having to cancel, and while I did eventually get my refund, it definitely took more back-and-forth emails than I expected. Support was nice enough when they replied, but the whole process felt slow and a bit frustrating. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a smooth experience either.

"Easy, Stress-Free Checkout"
We stayed with vacasa the checkout process was super simple. The instructions were clear, reasonable, and didn’t feel like a long chore list, which I really appreciated since we were a little rushed that morning. We just locked up, took out the trash, and left on time without any confusion or needing to call anyone. Everything felt well-organized and trustworthy. I’d definitely stay with them again

Maintenance showed up in about a few minutes and got the issue fixed with no hassle. Everything was taken care of quickly, maybe in around 10 minutes or so. Really appreciate how smooth it was

"Pretty easy screening process"
I wasn’t totally sure about the guest screening thing at first, but it was simple. The steps were clear enough, didn’t take much time, and I got through it without any real issues. After that I was able to finish my booking like normal. It was nice that it felt secure but not like some big hassle
